Polymer Clay Products

Polymer clay products are strong, durable and flexible, but they are not unbreakable, or scratch resistant. They can crack and shatter depending on temperature and types of storing. Please be extremely mindful if you are going to be in direct sunlight on hot days for a long period of time. Please do not shower or swim with any polymer product on, as the water may make the clay brittle. If clay needs cleaning, use a fragrance free baby wipe or damp cloth to lightly clean.

Hypoallergenic Earrings

These earrings are made with hypoallergenic metals that are completely free from nickel, guaranteeing a comfortable and irritation-free experience. It's worth mentioning that certain metals may tarnish over time. To minimize this, it's advisable to keep them dry and avoid direct contact with perfume.

Returns: 

My goal is always make sure that everyone is happy with what they order from my little den. But with being a small business owner, especially one who is just starting out, I am unable to accept returns. I do my best to give the proper descriptions in the listing and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Unless, an item is damaged during shipping.  See info below. 

Damaged Items:

If an item was damaged during shipping, please send me an email ASAP at craftyfoxbyaroxie@gmail.com so that I may get you a replacement (if available) or issue you a refund.

• All products that are posted are ready to ship! Yay!
• Processing time is between 3 to 5 business days. (Keep in mind that during busier seasons,processing times might change. But I will do my best to keep you updated on any changes.)
• You order is carefully packed with love and coming from Oregon.                                                          (Please remember, I am one person working in my den.) 
• Unfortunately I am not shipping outside of the United States at the moment.
• I will always pack your orders as quickly as possible and supply you with a shipping information as soon as it is available.
